We primarily use the Courier Guy to ship your order.
The Courier Guy
This is a door-to-door service that typically gets to you 1 – 2 days after we despatch your order depending on the location of the delivery address. All parcels will be professionally delivered directly to the recipient chosen when you placed the order. The delivery address must be a physical address, and cannot be a post office box. Someone will need to be available at the physical address to receive and sign for the delivery. All deliveries take place during business hours, Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays
The Courier Guy Locker
At Safety Angel, we believe in making your shopping experience as smooth as possible. With The Courier Guy Locker, you can have your order delivered to a convenient locker near you.
- Recipients are instantly notified when they have a delivery, by text, email or WhatsApp
- Once received, the recipient can pick up the package from the locker by using the unique pin code provided.
- From the moment you receive the notification that your package has arrived; you have 36 hours to remove the package from the locker.
- If you don’t pick up your package within the deadline of 36 hours, it will be sent to the closest Courier Guy depot/kiosk.
Payment Methods
You can pay via EFT or with your Credit and Debit card through PayFast or Yoco. Other payment options with PayFast include Zapper, Snapscan and Mobicred. Find out more at https://www.yoco.com/za and www.payfast.co.za
Mobicred
- First, you’ll need to register on Mobicred’s website and complete your application.
- Once approved, you can come back and pay for your items using Mobicred*. Please use PayFast on checkout and then select Mobicred as your payment option.
- Your Mobicred application may take 1 business day to process
- If you need your items right now, please select a different payment method. We can’t guarantee that your items will still be in stock when you return.
